Montclaire

Barcella's capitol, Montclaire, built in the same fashion as the Rhodanian capitol, Rhodan Hill, rests atop a cliff overlooking the Still Sea. With the aid of their Silver Light, the Ordained of Barcella could see further than any Phorican, day or night. Then one day, they abandoned the advantageous keep in favor of the sinister confines of Endire and its torture chambers. The Wilsick family has since become its stewards. They raise and train generations of Legeran, warrior hounds, to serve their bloodthirsty king.
